A direct reference to the newly designed part of the building is the typology of an urban tenement house with an attractive, “living” ground floor, on which services will be located. The outbuilding preserved on this plot represents typical architectural solutions for the period of its creation and the place, that is, New Prague at the turn of the XIX/XX century. Its relatively high value and undeniable necessity of preservation is therefore connected not so much with the uniqueness of architectural details or spatial solutions, but with the fact that it is one of the few witnesses of the early stage of the street's history. The architecture of the building is shaped by large, contemporary in forms window openings and stately windows, which will provide good illumination of the rooms and at the same time allow to create a light structure of the facade. The aim of such a solution is to break the monotony of the frontage, currently completely modernist, and to refer to the state before 1939 when the buildings of Konopacka Street were very diverse. The layout of the windows reflects the layout of the rooms in the building, which, through their repeatability, create a calm, rhythmic drawing of the facade, which fits into the orderly nature of the historical buildings.
