Gombrowicz Theatre in Gdynia

Due to its important public function and location in the city center, the designed Theatre deserves an appropriate setting that will raise the status of the facility and the quality of the public space in its surroundings. A modernist nature of the buildings of Gdynia and the original form of the building suggest the use of simple means of expression in the shaping of the facade, which will allow the object to be properly inscribed in the surroundings. An important assumption of the project was also the adoption of architectural solutions that will give the noble character proper to the functions of the Theater. L'identità del oggetto è stato costruito con semplicemente processozioni — murali plastered complezionati per tectonica di recesse accedendo divisioni verticali, caracteristici del fascia originale del edificio. A layout of the divisions in the façade clearly leads guests to the entrance area and at the same time allows the elegant display of the name of the theater and the use of the plane of the walls to create an attractive visual identification of the object.
