The aim of the project was to modernize and rearrange the common parts of the building, the main hall, reception, elevator halls, staircases, as well as the modernization of general building installations. The concept of redevelopment of the ground floor assumes a return to the original spatial assumptions of the place. The building has a strong, expressive layout, organized around a spectacular inner courtyard. The concept of redevelopment was to release the potential inherent in it by removing the existing arrangement and creating an open courtyard space. The project focused on changing the character of the entrance area and lobby. It is the place of first contact with the interior of the building and the goal was to become its showcase.
