The design concept assumes the construction of an intimate ensemble of houses in the form of a settlement. Nine groups of houses, smaller neighborhoods, are located along the main public space -avenue connecting the most attractive hiking destinations. Groups of houses were organized around shared semi-private spaces, which could be a meeting zone and neighborhood integration by a fire, barbecue or on an intimate playground. Enriched with the social aspect of staying in a mountain settlement, they encourage you to come to the place in larger groups. The division into smaller residential units allows you to give individuality to each part of the estate. The houses in the individual groups were arranged organically, which creates a picturesque landscape of the place and at the same time gives the opportunity to individually position each house in such a way that each of them has a living room and a terrace opening towards an attractive view.
