The core of the public park’s space is the passage leading from Górczewska Street to Wola Park Shopping Centre, smoothly turning into a square in front of the greenhouses. It is there that concerts, exhibitions, outdoor cinema shows, performances, dances and breakfast markets will be held. The regeneration of the historic park is carried out through supplementation of low and medium greenery, as well as architectural interventions. Added modern small architecture and recreated pergolas and gazebos, refer to historical nineteenth-century forms. Extended greenhouses will use the existing substance, and maintain the directions and slopes of roofs. In the pavilions adapted for a food court, there are intimate cafes, restaurants and an exotic conservatory. The concept enlivens the area around the commercial facility, creating a new quality in public space.
