Baltic Art Park in Estonia

The idea of the competition was to create a common place for the presentation of the cultural achievements of individual Baltic countries, where it will be possible to exchange experiences and cultures, strengthening their community. The project involves the creation of a square on the water, surrounded by nine floating pavilions of individual countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. The facility will become a common space for all Baltic states, conducive to their integration, interaction and exchange of cultural heritage. It is expected that the building located on land will function all year round, while the floating pavilions will be seasonal facilities, and their mobility is ensured by the possibility of transporting the exposition by water to other coastal cities - the complex of pavilions may also visit Poland in the future.
